Every product has its own production flow, from the customer request through the production operations until the final test. FMEA study and control plan are developed for most demanding products.

Automation

Fully automatic wire and cable crimping machines guarantee repeatability and inline test. Load cells check every single crimping force to detect failures hard to discover with other test.

Testing Services

  • Pin out connection and shortcut 100%
  • Hipot test: HVDC – HVAC.
  • Kelvin resistance measurement (4-wire).
  • Crimping section.
  • Pull test.
  • Final test labelling – bar code labelling.
